Description
When the incoming water temperature is 122 degrees Fahrenheit, this Veetsan Star (VLAI1G8) undercounter dishwasher can clean 30 racks or 540 dishes every hour, making it ideal for small restaurants and bars. It does not need an external booster because it has an integrated atmospheric boiler that boosts the water temperature to 183.2 degrees Fahrenheit. Its digital display gives an exact temperature readout for operational monitoring, and its temperature interlock system guarantees that temperatures stay constant throughout wash and rinse cycles. The control panel allows operators to modify the temperatures and durations of the wash and rinse cycles as well as the amounts of detergent and rinse aid. Its washing system has a powerful wash pump and rotating washing arms for deep cleaning, and its integrated detergent dispenser and rinse aid have automatic start and continuous cycle loading.
