All returns must be authorized by HSI in writing and must be accompanied by a Return Goods Authorization form (RGA).

• All shipping charges to and from location will be billed to customer regardless of original order shipping terms and billing.

• Goods MUST be new in the box to receive a refund. Used goods may not be returned and will not be eligible for any refund. Customer will have the option of keeping used goods or may pay for return freight at their cost.

• No returns will be accepted after 30 days of delivery receipt.

• A re-stocking fee of 15% of the total order amount will be charged on any return goods.

• Custom orders are not returnable for any reason other than guarantee/warranty claims and agreed to in writing from HSI.
