This small-batch hot sauce is the perfect blend of heat and flavor, with a unique taste that is sure to impress even the most discerning palate. Made from scratch, this sauce stays reasonable from a heat perspective, and is sort of the verde variation of the pequin in its uses. Great taco sauce, and extremely nice on any egg preparation. Pairs well with grilled or pan seared fish, especially lighter, white fish like halibut. The herbaceous quality also lends itself well to grill meats or vegetables, or would also be nice as an add in to a salad dressing when making a spicy slaw.
